Limited liability company “PrecEl" was established in 2006 within invest program “START 06” carried out by the “Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises” (FASIE), Moscow.Company was awarded grant for three-phase project “Development of three-axis hemispherical resonator gyroscope (HRG) prototype for oil-gas well measurements”.

When founded company focused on hemispherical resonator gyroscope development (HRG) for oil-gas well measurements. Due to FASIE’s three-phase financial support, the three-axis HRG prototype was developed in 2011. Further, company focused on HRG modernization for other precise applications and optimization of HRG basic technologies.

Primary Activity

  • research engineering in HRG high technologies;
  • development of HRG sensor.

  • mechanical, chemical and test departments 200 м2

Company strategy is defined by its name PrecEl, which is composition of two words “Precision" and “elements".
